Basic includes email support with a 48-hour response time. Premium includes priority email and live chat during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET). Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager and 24/7 priority support with a 4-hour response SLA.
After cancellation, your workspace remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days so you can export your data. After that period, account data is permanently deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
