These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Example website platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Example website, Inc. ("Example website," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Account registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. 3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Basic, Premium, and Enterprise) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars on our pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Changes do not apply retroactively to your current billing period.
Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees and taxes. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.
4. Refunds and cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions: contact support@example-website.com within 30 days of your initial charge for a full refund. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written authorization
- Use the Service to process sensitive personal data without appropriate safeguards and legal basis
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section or if required by law.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Example website or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term for internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Third-party services

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RESPONSES WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT FOR BUSINESS OR LEGAL DECISIONS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXAMPLE WEBSITE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. 11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Example website from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if the breach is not cured within 30 days of written notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
